Salvatore A. Davino is the founder and chairman of Fidelity Land Development Corp. and its affiliated companies. Sal is an active builder, owner and manager of shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses. Fidelity also owns and manages golf and recreation centers and medical timeshare units.

Sal Davino serves on the board of the Shepherds of Youth. He is also involved in numerous other community initiatives and philanthropic activities. He has served on the Boards of many organizations, including Columbus Hospital, Redemptoris Mater Seminary, Opportunity Project, John Cabot University in Rome, as a Director of Enterprise National Bank, and as a Commissioner of the Italian-American Heritage Commission. Cavaliere N. Larry Paragano, Sr. has developed and constructed numerous real estate projects throughout Essex, Morris, and Union counties in New Jersey. He is also a licensed real estate broker and developer with offices in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Larry was an original Incorporator and Organizer of InterCommunity Bank in Springfield, NJ. He currently serves as the Chairman of Enterprise National Bank Corporation. Larry founded the Paragano Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization whose grants have funded numerous charities within the United States. He is one of the founders of the Shepherds of Youth. Dominick L. Paragano is the founder and owner of D. L. Paragano Homes, a renowned building company. He has built and renovated over 125 homes and office buildings, and managed numerous commercial properties. Dominick has earned numerous Awards of Excellence including two for Best Single Family Home (1997, 2006), Best Single Family Custom Home (2008), and Best Renovation/Remodel Project (2001).

Dominick serves on the board of Shepherds of Youth as well as the Board of Directors of The Paragano Family Foundation. He has also coached both Little League and Babe Ruth baseball teams. Read Dominick’s full bio here.

Bob Balascio served as the Executive Director of Strategy for Verizon Wireless until his retirement. He also worked as the President of Bell Atlantic Paging, and held various positions at Bell Atlantic Mobile.

Bob serves on the Board of Trustees for Daytop-NJ as Treasurer, Chairman of the Finance Committee, and Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee in addition to his work with Shepherds of Youth. Read Bob’s full bio here.

Frank J. Vecchione is an attorney who is and has been a member of the Gibbons P.C. law firm (formerly known as Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione) since 1965. He also was an adjunct member of the faculty of Seton Hall law School where he offered a course in Debtor/Creditor and Bankruptcy law between 1970 and 1990.

Mr. Vecchione has been a member of the SOY Board for approximately fifteen years. He began and continues to run a program called “Adopt-A-Kid” at St. Michael School located in Newark, New Jersey. The program raises funds which are utilized to provide tuition assistance to the St. Michael students.

Linda Cerino has been the principal of Saint Michael School since 1983. She earned a specialists degree (Ed.S.) from Rutger’s, the State University of New Brunswick in 2003.
